The State Property Fund will try to sell 97.55% of the Zaporizhia Aluminum Works’ shares on August 22.
The auction will be held in the Prozorro.Sales system.
At the first auction the price was set at 152 million UAH. For the second auction the price was decreased to 75.93 million UAH. The auction had to be held on August 14, but there were no bids.
For the third auction the price will remain unchanged (75.93 million UAH), but the Dutch auction will be used. (Ukrainian metal)
