The auction to privatize 97.55% of Zaporozhye Aluminum Works, scheduled for August 6, didn’t take place due to the absence of participants.
The State Property Fund intended to sell ZALK, which once was the only producer of primary aluminum in Ukraine, for 151.86 million UAH.
According to rules, after a failed first attempt, a new auction was scheduled for August 15 with the decrease of price to 75.93 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
