In 2023, Zaporizhkoks received net profit of 399.84 million UAH, which it left undistributed.
According to the shareholders meeting on April 30, the shareholders approved of the work of the supervisory board in 2023.
Both shareholders took part in the meeting – Metinvest B. V. (the Netherlands) and Zaporizhstal.
In Q1 2024, Zaporizhkoks received a net profit of 289.834 million, which would be spent to pay dividends for 2024.
Each ordinary share will yield 2.43 UAH of dividends. (Ukrainian metal)
