The Garonnaya Financial Company LLC (Kyiv) intends to buy 9.5% of shares of the Trubostal Pipe Works Private JSC (Zhytomir region).
The company plans to buy 77160 ordinary shares.
As of now, Garonnaya, or people affiliated with it, own no Trubostal shares.
Trubostal was created in 2001 to produce steel pipes. (Ukrainian metal)
