In January-October, scrap procurement decreased by 74.6% YoY, to 875 thousand tons.
Exports totaled 37.7 thousand tons, down from 503.5 thousand tons.
Imports fell from 19.8 thousand tons to 2 thousand tons.
Scrap deliveries to metal companies amounted to 801.7 thousand tons, down by 71.1%.
As of November 1, scrap stocks are estimated at 20-25 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
