Ukraine: scrap procurement down in Q1 2022
In January-March, scrap deliveries fell by 36.6% YoY, to 530 thousand tons. Procurement dropped by 23.5%, to 556.5 thousand tons. Only Kametstal bought scrap, having purchased 41.5 thousand tons. Its stocks as of the start of the month amounted to 26 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
