Ukraine: manganese ore import down in January-September 2021

In January-September, Ukraine imported 294.528 thousand tons of manganese ore and concentrate, down by 29.54% YoY. According to the State Customs Service, in monetary terms imports have dropped by 36.6%, to $36.44 million. In September, Ukraine exported 59.2 thousand tons of ferroalloys, up by 35.6% YoY. In monetary terms exports have increased 2.3-fold, to $104.1 million. In January-September, exports amounted to 514.2 thousand tons valued at $735.6 million, up by 5.2% and by 40.8% YoY respectively.
