The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to appoint the United Mining and Chemical Company member of the board Yegor Perelygin the company acting chairman.
The decision was agreed with the State Property Fund.
Previously Arthur Somov was the acting chairman of the company. (Ukrainian metal)
