In January-June, Ukraine procured 1.391 million tons of coal, down by 23.2% YoY.
Import dropped by 74.8%, to 9.2 thousand tons, and export by 54.2%, to 16.8 thousand tons.
Domestic deliveries to metal companies decreased by 22.5%, to 1.308 million tons.
Experts believe this year Ukraine will procure 2.68 million tons of scrap, with export and import expected at the level of 30 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
