On February 14, a new protest rally was held in the town of Ugledar because the state enterprise Yuzhnodonbasskoye Mine Group No. 1 was cut off grid and stopped operations due to electricity debts.

The state enterprise miners were joined by their colleagues from the Mine named after Surgay and local citizens.

The miners blocked a road leading to the town.

As was reported, the mine owes 27.5 million UAH for three months of electricity supplies, while the debts to it for coal supplied amount to 189 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
