Ferrexpo Plc. CEO Konstantin Zhevago has temporarily distanced himself from the office.
According to the group, Zhevago will focus on settling some matters in Ukraine related to a company he owned until 2015.
The board of directors has appointed Chris Mawe, CFO, the acting CEO.
Zhevago, being a majority shareholder, will keep his position in the board as an independent non-executive director. (Ukrainian metal)
