The Russian president Vladimir Putin has granted the Russian Guard and the Ministry of Defense the right to sell their scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals without auctions to TransLom.
The products of armament and military machines cannot be sold.
TransLom is the ex-RZD company.
Since October 2016 its revenue increased 2-fold in 2018, to 27 billion rubles, and the net profit – to 1.4 billion rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
