The net profit of Russian aluminum giant UC RUSAL doubled YoY, to $952 million in January-June from $470 million in the same period of 2017, the company said in a report on August 6.
Adjusted net profit went up by 15%, to $535 million, while the recurring net profit gained 41.5%, to $971 million. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) grew by 14.1%, to $1.124 billion, and revenue went up by 4.9%, to $4.997 billion.
