The Vorkutinskaya mine was the first enterprise of the Vorkutaugol to have mined 1 million tons of coal this year.
The mine has been constructed on the basis of the Kapitalnaya mine No. 1 and No. 40 and was commissioned in 1973.
Now the mine is developing two long faces.
Last year the mine yielded 1.4 million tons of coal. (Ukrainian metal)
