In April, according to the customs statistics, Russia exported 490 thousand tons of ferrous scrap to Turkey, up by 26.5% MoM and by 33% YoY.
The average price on the Russian border was $280.5 per ton, up by 5.2% MoM and by 23.2% YoY.
In January-April ferrous scrap exports totaled 1.6 million tons, up by 31.4% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
