VIZ-Stal has commissioned new crane machinery in the cold-rolling shops.
The project valued at over 30 million rubles will improve industrial safety and manufacturing efficiency.
The lifting capacity of the new bridge crane is 22 ton, up by 2 tons from the previous model, which will increase transportation volumes by 10%.
Energy saving equipment used in the crane will help the company save up to 20% of electricity.
By the end of the year the company plans to have replaced two more lifting machines.
In 10 years VIZ-Stal has replaced 7 bridge cranes, or 13% of its crane machinery. Investments totaled 236 million rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
