In April railroad shipping of rolled metal from Cherepovets Iron and Steel Works to its Russian customers and for exports totaled 764.2 thousand tons, down by 11.1% MoM, but up by 8.3% YoY.
In March the results were +10.9% and –3%, while in February –14.1% and +2.2% respectively.
In January-April the company sold 3.3 million tons of metal, up by 4.2% YoY.
Russian customers received 1.79 million tons, down by 6.2% YoY, while exports grew by 20.1%, to 1.51 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
