Zagorsky Pipe Works has received the right to use the API logo on its products.
The company has successfully completed all the attestation procedures and has become the fifth large diameter pipe producer in Russia to be able to export pipes for foreign projects, which require API 5L certificate.
The company began preparing for the audit in summer of 2016.
“The API certificates make it much easier to enter the world pipe market. Almost all the major international oil and gas customers require them nowadays, both in Europe and in Asia. Still, we are already familiar with the foreign market, as we have supplied our pipes outside of Russia”, ZTZ CEO Denis Safin said.
The certificate has been issued for 3 years. (Ukrainian metal)
