In January-February exports grew by 17.9% YoY, or by $1.1 billion, to $7.4 billion.
According to the Ministry of economical development and trade, the main importers of Ukrainian goods were the EU countries, Singapore, Belarus, Turkey, Moldova and Iraq.
“The goods that saw the biggest increase in sales were steel semi-finished products (up by $98.3 million), hot-rolled steel rods (+$84.2 million), hot-rolled flat steel (+$76.7 million), pig iron (+$72 million), iron ore and concentrate (+$61.5 million) and insulated wire and cables (+$57.9 million)”, the ministry reported.
