Viz-Stal has started assembling the new bridge crane to service the cold-rolling shop.

The project is valued at 36 million rubles.

The new-generation crane manufactured in Russia will replace the outdated previous machine. Its improved lifting capacity (22 tons instead of 20) will increase the speed of operation by 10%, while the energy-saving technologies will save some 20% of electricity.

The crane will be commissioned in Q2.

In Q1 a similar crane, the assembly of which started in late 2017, will be commissioned.

In 10 years Viz-Stal has replaced 7 cranes, or some 12% of its lifting machine fleet. (Ukrainian metal)
