In 2017 Beloretsk Iron and Steel Works increased sales of high added valued products.
In particular, the highest sales were in spring wire for machine-building and furniture manufacture – by 14%.
Rebar threads for bridge construction sales increased by 13%, steel sections – by 10%. Steel wire sales grew by 9%, while welding wire for electrodes demonstrated a 5% growth.
Sales of stainless steel products for military, oil and gas and nuclear industries increased 2-fold. (Ukrainian metal)
