The ex-director of the state enterprise Volynugol will pay for the damages done to an employee by illegal firing.
According to the Novovolynsk city-district court, the claim of the regional prosecutors has been granted.
Now the state enterprise, represented by its ex-director, has to pay 24.5 thousand UAH to the employee as the average salary for the time that the employee was idle. (Ukrainian metal)
