In January-August industrial output in Donetsk region (not counting the antiterrorist operation zone) dropped by 12.6% YoY.
In August metal output decreased by 16.9%, coke – by 17.5% YoY.
In 8 months metal manufacture dropped by 7.5%, coke – by 23,7%.
Coalmining totaled 7.2 million tons, down by 24.6% YoY, or by 2.3 million tons.
Pig iron manufacture in January-August decreased by 16%, to 5.4 million tons, steel – by 8.7%, to 5.4 million tons. Rolled metal output dropped by 8.5%, to 2.9 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
