Bratsk Ferroalloys Works has appointed Sergey Sokolov the managing director of the company.
The ex-manufacturing and quality director of Kuznetskiye Ferrosplavy replaced the acting managing director Mikhail Mikhailov, who retired.
Mikhailov contributed a lot to the development of Bratsk Ferroalloys Works. With his participation the company has reconstructed the smelting furnace No. 4, as well as completed switching to new gas-purifying equipment, which allowed decreasing air pollution. (Ukrainian metal)
