Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Combine intends to switch its blast furnace No. 1M from natural gas to pulverized coal fuel.
The furnace shop has started manufacture of slag and pig iron at the blast furnace No. 9. Blast furnaces have enough raw materials.
BF9 was put into operation on August 1.
DMK started blowing BFs1M and 9 on July 23. (Ukrainian metal)
