After almost 4 months of idleness Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Combine, a part of the Industrial Union of Donbass Corporation, has put into operation two of its blast furnaces.
According to a company representative, the blast furnace No. 1M started operating on July 22, and BF9 on July 23. In several days the works will start producing pig iron. (Ukrainian metal)
