Three workers – all of them citizens of China – were killed in an accident at Taldybulak Levoberezhniy mine, the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Mining and Metallurgical Trade Union of Kyrgyzstan Eldar Tadzhibaev reported.
According to him, the first accident occurred on June 14. Driver was killed by a collapse of the rock. The second case occurred on June 20. Two drillers fell from a vertical trunk from a height of more than 30 meters.
“It is too early to talk about the causes of the incident. Commission will deal with the accident. It will be created in one of these days by order of the State Ecological Inspectorate, and an investigation should be carried out within two weeks,” Eldar Tadzhibaev said. (24.kg/Ukrainian metal)
