The Zabaikalsky Krai governor Natalia Zhdanova has met the aide to the Norilsk Nickel vice-president Sergei Samoilov and the director of the tax department Andrei Kizimov.
The parties discussed cooperation between the authorities of the Krai and the Bystrinsky Mining and Processing Works to be put into operation in Q4.
“We are absolutely sure that in Q4 we will put the works into operation. Now it is important for us to determine cooperation with the regional government for the period of 5-10 years”, Samoilov said.
The Nornickel project valued at 90 billion rubles has been in development since 2013. (Ukrainian metal)
