Shareholders of Centravis Production Ukraine have dismissed Elena Antosheva from the board of directors and appointed Ruslan Zaplyusvichka instead.
According to the company statement, Antosheva has been the BD member since May. Zaplyusvichka has been appointed until November 2019. He used to occupy the positions of the deputy financial director, deputy economy and provision director and deputy economy and finances director. (Ukrainian metal)
