In 2017 Ukrzaliznytsia plans to sell a large batch of scrap on the local market.
“We will consider the scrap volume we will get from the old cars. And it will be sold in 2017”, the company member of the board Ireneush Vasilevsky said.
Ukrzaliznytsia has already announced a tender to sell 130 thousand tons of scrap. It will be held in late 2016 or early 2017.
The company could cut 13 thousand cars. (Ukrainian metal)
