Dniepropetrovsk Metal Structures Works named after Babushkin has dismissed Rustem Asilgareev from the office of the general manager and appointed Helen Tarasenko acting CEO instead.
Asilgareev has been in the office for 15 months. Tarasenko has been appointed for an indefinite term. Previously she worked as the financial director of the company. Neither owns company shares.
In 2015 DZM received 155.32 million UAH of losses, up by 29.8% YoY, or by 35.63 million UAH, having decreased its net income by 40.3% YoY, or by 21.64 million UAH, to 32.03 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
