The Indian Ministry of Finances has imposed the preliminary antidumping duties on flat cold-rolled metal from China, South Korea, Japan and Ukraine.
The duty is the difference between $594 and the customs cost of the cold-rolled steel per ton. If the steel is sold at this price or higher, the duty is zero.
Complaints to Ukrainian and Asian manufacturers have been submitted by Essar Steel India, Steel Authority of India, JSW Steel and JSW Steel Coated Products. (Ukrainian metal)
