The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is deciding on appointing Stanislav Tolchin the deputy minister of energy and coal industry.
“The matter hasn’t been settled yet. The head of the state has to initiate this appointment. At the same time the energy minister stands against it”, said a source in the government.
Tolchin was a director of Makeevugol and worked in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. (Ukrainian metal)
