The state enterprise Ukrpromvneshexpertiza believes prices for square billets in June will decrease by 5.5-8.2% MoM, to $335-345 per ton FOB Black Sea.
“Prices will drop following the decrease in China. The prices will decrease by $20-30 per ton”, said the company expert Oleg Gnitetsky.
According to him, average billet price in May was $365 per ton. Price fall will be caused by the demand decrease due to summer vacations and holidays. (Ukrainian metal)
