The supervisory board of Zaporozhnerudprom has reelected Sergey Verkhovsky the chairman of the board.
According to the company statement, his office has been extended till March 31, 2017. He has been the chairman since September 2010 and owns no company shares.
In 2015 Zaporozhnerudprom received 0.46 million UAH of net profits. (Ukrainian metal)
