The Commercial Court of Kiev has accepted the claim of Ferrexpo plc to recover $10 million from Finances and Credits bank, which is being liquidated.
This decision was taken on December 4, 2015. But the Individual Deposits Assurance Fund appealed against it. The new court session is planned for April.
Ferrexpo has also claimed the recovery of $175 million more from the bank, but the court session date is yet unknown. (Ukrainian Metal)
