Krivoy Rog Iron Ore Industrial Complex has won the case against Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works as to the recovery of 1032.9 million UAH for the iron ore supplied (together with fines).
According to the ruling of the Commercial Court of the Zaporozhye region, Ilyich has to pay 653880.78 thousand UAH of the main debt, 9987.94 thousand UAH of fines, 25002.98 thousand UAH of 3% annual interest and 344027.4 thousand UAH of inflation losses. The court has postponed the payment till December 22. (Ukrainian metal)
