Presidium of the Dzerzhinsk territorial organization of the Ukrainian Coalminers Union has examined the labor legislation fulfillment at the state enterprise Dzerzhinskugol and St. Matron of Moscow mine.
The legal inspector Elena Kupriyanova said there had been problems with salary payment at state enterprise, as well as untimely severance pay. All the problems resulted from the lack of money due to the critical situation in the coal industry.
Now the company accounts are under threat of arrest, so the Union decided to apply to the Ministry of social policy, Donetsk regional administration to help settle the matter. (Ukrainian metal)
