The state owes 100 million UAH of salary to Krasnoarmeyskugol miners. But has paid only 10 million for September debts. 8.5 million UAH of this debt still remains.
“They used to receive 9-10 thousand UAH, or more than $1 thousand, when the exchange rate was 1:8. Now they mostly get 7 thousand UAH, or $300”, said the head of the Independent Union branch Alexander Abramov.
The miners will go on strike to champion their rights for decent labor, decent salary and decent life, and not the beggar’s existence. (Ukrainian metal)
