Donetsk region prosecutor’s office has found out that in March the state enterprise Ore Group Yuzhnodonbasskoye #1 concluded an agreement with a private enterprise for the purchase of 9 million UAH worth of wood.
The agreement was concluded with violations.
To protect the state in person of the Ministry for energy and coal industry, the prosecutors addressed the Commercial Court of Donetsk region asking it to nullify the agreement. The illegal use of state funds has been prevented. (Ukrainian metal)
