Centravis Production Ukraine has decided to open its representative office in the United Arab Emirates.
UAE market is very prospective for the company, says the Centravis sales director Vyacheslav Erkes. But the company hasn’t decided on the location yet – either in Dubai, or in Abu-Dhabi.
“Asian market is a key one for us, but not yet from the point of view of sales volumes. Last year we sold there some 10% of our products. This year – a bit less: around 8%. But together with USA this is the most prospective market for us. Especially, Singapore, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.”, he added.
This year Centravis plans to sell 1% of its products to UAE. And more than 200 tons to the Near East on the whole, with this volume increasing to 700 tons in 2016.
Centravis is capable of producing 34 thousand tons of pipes per year and is the only company in CIS specializing in production of seamless stainless steel pipes.
The company sells 10% of its products on the local market, with 90% going abroad. (Ukrainian metal)
