Dobropolye Central Processing Factory has processed 3 million tons of coal since the year start. The factory supplies coal to 5 of Ukraine’s 7 thermal energy stations, working on this type of fuel.
In 2011-2014 DTEK invested over $15.5 million into the modernization of the factory.
By the end of the year the factory has to process 3.7 million tons of coal. In 2014 it processed 3.8 million tons. Its main coal suppliers are DTEK Dobropolyeugol mines and DTEK Pavlogradugol. While the factory main consumers are Burshtyn, Zaporozhye, Ladyzhin, Dobrotvor and Zuyev thermal energy stations, as well as major industrial companies, like Azostal Iron and Steel Works, Podolsky Cement and Ivano-Frankovskcement.
