A Kiev court will review the case of the legitimacy of appointing Konstantin Lesnichy the general manager of the Ukrainian Polymetals.
Lesnichy was considered a winner of the competitive examination. He was then appointed to his position by the decree of the Ministry for the economic development.
But the ex-director of the company Alexander Grebenyuk said he was appointed with law violations. Lesnichy’s appointment was not approved by all the shareholders, in particular, the State Property Fund and the Ministry of finances. (Ukrainian metal)
