In April Ukraine produced 1.02 million tons of ferrous rolled metal, down by 41.4% YoY and 19.3% MoM. In January-April Ukraine produced 3.71 million tons of ferrous rolled metal.
Steel output (not counting continuous casting semi-finished products) in April decreased by 17.2% YoY and by 3.1% MoM, to 867 thousand tons. In 4 months Ukraine produced 3513 thousand tons of steel.
Pig iron manufacture in April went down by 28% YoY or by 8.7% MoM, to 1.7 million tons. All in all in January-April Ukraine produced 6.43 million tons of pig iron. (Ukrainian metal)
