In the January to September period of the current year Ukrainian exports of long steel products increased by 0.5% YoY to 4.307 million tons. In September Ukraine’s long steel product exports increased by 6.9% compared to August to 550,000 tons.
In the given period Ukraine registered an 11.2% increase year on year in its long steel product imports to 304,000 tons. In September Ukraine’s long steel product imports decreased by 23.6% compared to August to 41,000 tons. (SteelOrbis)
