According to the information issued by the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy, from October 1 2010 to January 1 2011 Russia and other countries utilized 85.3% of the annual quota imposed by Ukraine for seamless steel casing and tubing imports with outside diameter up to 406.4 mm, supplying a total of around 13,608 tons.
The total quota for the period starting from October 1 2010 through September 30 2011 stands at 15,955 tons of seamless steel casing and tubing imports, up by 725 tons, compared to the previous annual quota of which 86.23% was utilized.
