In January-August Ural Pipe Works increase pipes manufacture by 13.3% YoY, to 163.55 thousand tons. In particular, the company produced 111.81 thousand tons of oil pipes, up by 16.7% YoY, and 51.7 thousand tons of section pipes, up by 6.5%. Pipe sales increased by 12%, to 162.78 thousand tons. Uraltrubprom has supplied a batch of pipes to Europe of a rare size: 323.9 mm with the wall thickness of 20 mm. The pipes are manufactured according to EN 10219. The weight of the batch was 92 tons. The pipes will be used in construction structures. (Ukrainian metal)
