Ukraine: Ukraina Processing Factory changes owner
Ukrdoninvest LLC, which in September 2016 signed a contract with the state enterprise Centrenergo to supply 240 million UAH worth of coal, has acquired 21.69% of shares of the Ukraina Central Processing Factory from Altera Asset Management. Altera is no longer a shareholder of the factory. 78.31% of the factory stake belong to DRFTs LLC.…
