Ukraine: Evraz gives 97.7% in Evraz DMZ to Drampisco
Evraz has transferred 97.7% of shares in Evraz Dneprosvky Iron and Steel Works, previously possessed by Palmrose B.V., to Drampisco (Cyprus). The change in the ownership took place on November 17. Drampisco and Palmrose B.V. are Evraz’s daughter companies. In 2016 Evraz DMZ decreased losses 3.4-fold YoY, to 322.753 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
