Kazakhmys Progress LLC in Balkhash has produced grade ST-1 technical selenium. The first industrial batch was made using the unique method of vacuum distillation. Kazakhmys Corporation chairman Nurakhmet Nuriyev presented a new factory in Zhambkl region to the head of state. The enterprise is situated in the Shatyrkul-Zhaisanskiy cluster.
